Terms of Service for Go-Karting Accelerator (GKA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using GKA, a Roblox Go-Karting Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use GKA.

2. Description of the Service

GKA is a Roblox game where players can engage in go-kart racing, participate in minigames, attend events, and more. It offers a competitive and entertaining environment for users to play and interact with friends.

3. User Account and Data

In order to provide our service, we collect and store the following personal data:

• Discord OAuth2 Data (Only UserID)
• Roblox OAuth2 Data (Only UserID)
• Players' game data (game currency, purchased items, etc.)

This data is collected from the OAuth2 process and through gameplay for internal authentication and gameplay purposes. We store your personal data and game data indefinitely or until you request its deletion. You can request the deletion of all your data at any time by submitting a Discord ticket or contacting us via email [email protected].

We take reasonable security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. Your personal data and game data are stored in our internal private database, which is protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access. We do not share your personal data with third parties or transfer it outside of the country.

4. User Responsibilities

7. Termination

GKA reserves the right to terminate access to any user who violates these ToS. Users may also terminate their agreement with GKA by submitting a Discord ticket or contacting us via email [email protected].
